All electronic parts are guaranteed not to be Dead On Arrival. No other conditions are guaranteed. We do not guaranty that the installation or replacement of this electronic part in your TV will fix or repair the problem or symptom in your TV.

All of our electronic parts are marked with an ultraviolet symbol and unique serial number. Any parts returned for DOA will be inspected for these marks. If they are not found on the returned part, the DOA guarantee will not be honored.

All returned parts are closely examined for evidence of alterations, physical damage, misuse and burned components. If any are found on the returned part, the DOA guarantee will not be honored.

We are not responsible for parts damaged by unqualified personnel. All parts must be handled and installed by a professional electronic TV technician or the DOA guarantee will not be honored. Any part returned to us for an exchange or refund must be accompanied by a certified electronic technician certificate with contact information. If you do not have a certificate, no refund or exchange will be honored. If you are not an electronic TV technician, then you are purchasing this part AS - IS.

Parts returned to us as DOA will be replaced with another part or a refund will be issued less original freight charges after inspection and testing. If the part tests good, no replacement or refund will be issued and the part will not be returned. Please be sure you order the correct part the first time!

Return Policy

All items are sold with no returns. We accept returns only if the item was not as described. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for items that are returned, tested and proven functional. The original shipping charges are not refundable. Buyer must return the item within 7 days of the sale and is responsible for all return shipping costs.
