The Whistler XTR-695 radar detector is the latest model from Whistler to take advantage of their new re-engineered platform that provides superior detection ability at an affordable price. The XTR-695 offers several new, unique features. The background color of the bright text display can be changed to your choice of seven colors. You can even assign a color to an alert band, allowing for a different color for each type of alert! The XTR-695 also provides a unique "Signature ID" feature for Ka band radar and laser. This feature provides more detailed information about the alert you are receiving, and for laser allows you to lock out false alerts based on the pulse rate! The XTR-695 also offers all of the features you would expect in a high performance detector. It will detect POP mode radar and provides Whistler's Real VoiceTM alerts. A digital compass is also provided. The Whistler XTR-695 also features Whistler's unique "periscope" alert LEDs on the top of the unit, a battery voltage meter, and true VG-2 immunity.
